eSIM.Ninja

What is the project about?
eSIM.Ninja is a mobile data plan price comparison site with affiliate program technology built in for travel creators. I scoped and led the product: a website (esim.ninja) that lists country-specific and global eSIM plans so travellers can find, buy, and add a plan to their phone before a trip. A JavaScript widget lets bloggers and creators embed the same comparison into destination articles and monetise via the affiliate program. It’s an in-house product that validated the team’s ability to take a product idea, research the market, and launch globally.
What’s unique about it?
I defined the product direction and architecture. The team built a robust PWA that scores 95–99 on PageSpeed Insights and a CMS to publish and manage content for SEO. The embeddable widget is a distinctive piece: travel creators add one script to their site or app and use it for monetisation; it’s used worldwide. The combination of comparison site plus creator-facing affiliate tool is what sets eSIM.Ninja apart.
The role of the team
I managed the effort and owned scoping, product strategy, and architecture. The team implemented the PWA, the CMS, and the widget under that design, and ran market research and launch so the product could go from idea to a live global offer.
Conclusions
Leading eSIM.Ninja showed that with clear scoping and the right architecture, an in-house team can go from idea to a global product: a fast, SEO-friendly comparison site and a unique widget that travel creators use for affiliate monetisation.
